The State of Nebraska, Department of Insurance, is issuing this Request for Proposal, RFP Number 11-002Z1 for the purpose of selecting a qualified contractor to provide research, finance, business, and economic analysis consulting services related to the Health Insurance Exchange planning process. If appropriate, the findings resulting from this RFP may become the basis for implementation of an operational Health Insurance Exchange in Nebraska.
