RFP 11-001Z1, Exchange Planning Information Technology (IT) Consulting Services The State of Nebraska, Department of Insurance, is issuing this Request for Proposal, RFP Number 11-001Z1 for the purpose of selecting a qualified contractor to provide development, design, and ultimately the creation of an IT implementation plan for an Exchange. As appropriate, the findings resulting from the RFP may become the basis for implementation for an Exchange.
