All entities, enumerated in this bulletin, must use (1) NAIC and Nebraska company numbers; (2) Nebraska company numbers; or (3) NAIC numbers on any communication with the Nebraska Department of Insurance. Check the mailing label on this notice for verification of your Nebraska company number and NAIC number.

Both the Nebraska company number and the NAIC number must be used as a reference on all checks and correspondence sent to the Department. Use of these numbers will expedite handling of all business and correspondence with the Department.
