SUBJECT: Annual Financial Statement Filing

DATE: December 5, 2002


In accordance with Neb. Rev. Stat. 44-322, the Director of Insurance has prescribed that every insurance company holding a certificate of authority to transact the business of insurance in this state that is required to file an annual financial statement shall utilize the appropriate National Association of Insurance Commissioners ("NAIC") annual statement blank which shall be prepared in accordance with the "Annual Statement Instructions" and the "Accounting Practices and Procedures Manual" adopted by the NAIC.

This Bulletin will remain in effect until and unless withdrawn pursuant to a written order of the Director of Insurance.
